Journaling and reflecting:
A journal is an ordinary, honest account of what is going on in your life, how you feel about it and your awareness of where God is in it all. Journalling invites us to ponder the significance of events, and new insight and to prayerfully reflect on this with God. Journaling helps us to be more intentional about our relationship with God and how we are experiencing God's nearness as we travel through life's journey.
Journal writing achieves three things: it is a record, which aids reflection and thus becomes a means of responding to God's call to deepening discipleship.
